Character: Jyn Erso
Bio: Jyn Erso was a human female soldier and former criminal who became a pivotal member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic when she led Rogue One in stealing the Death Star plans during the Battle of Scarif.
Why we love them: At first, she was a Rebel Without a Cause like James Dean. Then, she became a Rebel Without a Pause like Public Enemy. This girl rebels.
Best Moment: Did someone order a Death Star-sized helping of hope? Jyn Erso is delivering.
Character: Lando Calrissian
Bio: Lando Calrissian was a human male smuggler, gambler, and card player who became Baron Administrator of Cloud City and, later, a general in the Rebel Alliance.
Why we love them: S-W-A-G-G-E-R.
Best Moment: We love everything Donald Glover did with his performance of Young Lando, but nothing tops the iconic Billy Dee scream at the end of Return of the Jedi.
Character: Mace Windu
Bio: Mace Windu, a Force-sensitive human male, was a revered Jedi Master and member of the Jedi High Council during the last years of the Galactic Republic.
Why we love them: There wasn't a lot of the prequels that fans could get behind. This BAMF Jedi was certainly one of them.
Best Moment: "I'm sick and tired of these Mother F'in Droids firing at my Mother F'in Spaceship!". OK, maybe that didn't happen, but Mace going toe-to-toe with the future emperor was a pretty epic send off.
Character: Rey
Bio: Rey, a Force-sensitive human female, was a scavenger who lived on the forlorn frontier world of Jakku during the New Republic Era.
Why we love them: If Luke is MJ that makes Rey Kobe. Rey is the Jedi that a brand new generation of fans can get behind.
Best Moment: We knew that Rey was destined to become a Jedi, but nothing tops her turning the tables on a Jedi that has been training his whole life.
Character: Chewbacca

Why we love them: WUUAHAHHHAAAAAAAAAA

Character: Leia Organa
Bio: Leia Organa, a Force-sensitive human female, was a princess of Alderaan, a member of the Imperial Senate, a leader of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, a member of the Galactic Senate, and general of the Resistance.
Why we love them:
Character: Obi-Wan Kenobi
Bio: Obi-Wan Kenobi, was a Force-sensitive human male and a legendary Jedi Master and member of the Jedi High Council during the Fall of the Republic.
Why we love them: Old Ben was a great character just from his limited runway in A New Hope. Fans quickly began to love this character when he became the best part of the prequel films.
Best Moment: "YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE!"
Character: Yoda
Bio: Yoda, a Force-sensitive male being belonging to a mysterious species, was a legendary Jedi Master who witnessed the rise and fall of the Galactic Republic, followed by the rise of the Galactic Empire.
Why we love them: Love this character, we do. We can only imagine what he would have looked like as a child...
Best Moment: Sure they gave CGI Yoda some fights in the prequels, but nothing beats crazy old man Yoda on Dagobah.
Character: Luke Skywalker
Bio: Luke Skywalker, a Force-sensitive human male, was a legendary Jedi Master who fought in the Galactic Civil War during the reign of the Galactic Empire. Along with his companions, Princess Leia Organa and Captain Han Solo, Skywalker served on the side of the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
Why we love them: Despite everyone's thoughts on Last Jedi, Luke had an amazing arc in the original trilogy.
Best Moment: Cool, Calm, & Collected. A lot happened in between Empire and Return. Even Han was shocked to see (or hear) this leveled-up Jedi face off against Jabba's army.
Character: Han Solo
Bio: Han Solo, known only as Han until being given the surname Solo by chief recruitment officer Drawd Munbrin, and also known as Cadet 124-329 when serving as an Imperial cadet, was a human male smuggler who became a leader in the Alliance to Restore the Republic and an instrumental figure in the defeat of the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War.
Why we love them: What's not to love about this love-able Nerf Herder? Men want to be him and Women want to be with him. Also, he shot first.
Best Moment: I don't know what other scene would encapsulate the awesomeness of this character.
